Download the app and register once, customise your favourite pickup and drop-off points or choose from recent journeys you have made.
When you book a ride, we’ll notify you as your car is moved into dispatch and allocated to a Driver Partner. We will also track your car to give you an ETA en-route and to your drop-off point, with additional safety details including car registration, make, model and colour.
You can tip your Driver Partner and provide feedback after your ride is completed to help us improve your booking service experience.
